Hi! My name is Romelyn Cabajar Urongan, presently residing at Cogon, Poblacion, Liloan Cebu. I am a product of the University of San Carlos, graduated the Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, year 1994. I got married and blessed with two kids, an 8 year old & 6 year old respectively. I was connected with Maitland-Smith Cebu Inc. for 10 years as an Industrial Engineer, Sample Auditor, and eventually handled the costing. I resigned last 2006 because of my desire to pursue a study on Certified Practical Nursing Course and graduated last 2007. I really wished I can work abroad but unfortunately several events were happening that somehow hinders my plan. Eventually, I’m getting bored while waiting for feedbacks from Agencies I’m applying and I don’t like to waste my time and feel inactive so I decided to venture and explore my talent in Selling. Since, I was a child around 6 years of age, my parents trained me to manage our Sari-sari store in Guadalupe, I’m selling vegetables, fruits, and dried fishes, it was a worthwhile experienced and I learned a lot from that exposure that my parents did to me. Just currently, I joined Land Asia Global Properties Network as a Real Estate Agent. Honestly, though I have the desire to go abroad, to earn huge income for the purpose of providing my family a good future, if working with this as agent and my income can suffice the needs of my family I’d rather stay. Nothing and no one can compensate the joy when you’re with your family.
